Andrew’s passion for property development began 26 years ago, when he and his wife Vicky bought their first home. Ever since, he’s seen the potential in every property he’s owned, continually adding value and honing his renovation skills. Like many people, the onset of COVID prompted Andrew to re-evaluate his career and fully pursue his long-held dream of property development. He enhanced his project management expertise through additional training and by renovating several properties in North Lincolnshire, where he continues to live.

An opportunity with TWMH Developments led Andrew to spend his working weeks in the South, successfully managing multiple six-figure projects over the past three years. His portfolio ranges from refitting a high-end, four-story townhouse in Mayfair to renovating semi-detached homes with extensions and loft conversions, as well as carrying out straightforward flat refurbishments for landlords.
