This is where the carefully constructed plan gets put into action. You can choose to do this yourself or you can have us act as your representative on site, meaning you have just one point of contact and you don't have to deal with the builder and contractors.

Make sure the builder / contractors are working in a safe and tidy manner.

Dealing with building control, staged sign offs, warranties.

Pricing is specific to each project and requires the information from step 1 to be accurate, typically costs are between £500 - £750 a week.
