Construction Explained

This is where the carefully constructed plan gets put into action. You can choose to do this yourself or you can have us act as your representative on site, meaning you have just one point of contact and you don't have to deal with the builder and contractors. 

  1. Weekly site visit from one of our team to check in on progress.

  2. Project manager will deal with all contractor queries throughout the entire process.

  3. Check on progress / managing the programme.

  4. Check on Quality.

  5. Make sure the builder / contractors are working in a safe and tidy manner.

  6. Deal with any Variations.

  7. Tracking of finance.

  8. Dealing with building control, staged sign offs, warranties.

  9. Contract management.

  10. Weekly reporting and progress updates. 

Pricing is specific to each project and requires the information from step 1 to be accurate, typically costs are between £500 - £750 a week.
