The Opportunity
Step 1
Opportunities are regularly summarised and publicised in our select investor group. If an investor expresses expresses an interest a proposal document is created. This detailed document outlines the opportunity highlighting the level of investment being sought, investor returns, timescales, exit strategies and due diligence.
The Process
Step 2
Regular updates and reviews let you the investor know how things are progressing. This is usually in the form of photos or short videos, occasionally site visits could be arranged. Typically our developments take 6 - 12 months.

The Conclusion
